COM3103 Cross-Cultural Communications

3 credits How do cultural differences affect people-to-people exchanges? How can you improve your communication skills in an increasingly narrow world? This course aims to help students who are called to share Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God in a different environment from where they were born and raised. Students will learn the relationship between communication and culture, how to interact with local people, differences in thinking and expression between cultures, and how these differences affect people's behavior.
